For more than 40 years, Side Power by Sleipner has been the leader in lateral boat movement. Sleipner bow thruster systems come in hundreds of potential designs for recreational and commercial boats. Along with different force levels to account for boat sizes, you can choose the following:
- Power Source: Side Power thrusters are available to use on 12V, 24V and 48V DC power; 230V and 400V AC power; or hydraulic pressure.
- Speed Control: Get a simple on-off thruster or choose variable systems you can adjust on the fly.
- Installation: Thrusters can be fixed-mounted externally, have a retractable design or use a tunnel built into the boat.
